Shipping policy
Pre-orders:
All items purchased as pre-orders will be processed and shipped out as soon as the items are available. Please look out for an email from us with an update when your item is shipped out.
Shipping to the US:
We offer Economy (3-8 business days) and Quick Ship (2-3 business days) calculated shipping methods to the USA. FREE shipping is available on orders over $140, and these orders are shipped via Economy Shipping. Shipping estimated do not include processing times. Shipping rates and additional information can be viewed at checkout.
International shipping:
All international shipments are shipped with DHL Express (2-4 day) shipping. Shipping times are considered estimates and are subject to delays that may be out of our control.
Shipping to Canada:
We offer standard and express flat rate shipping within Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times can be viewed at checkout. FREE shipping is available on orders over $180 CAD to Ontario & Quebec.
Our warehouse is located in Canada, so you won't ever have to face duties and taxes.
Duties:
Our warehouses are located in USA, Canada, and UAE, which means that USA, CAN, and UAE customers will never face any duties and taxes on their shipments, upon arrival.
International orders may be charged duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer in order to clear the package. Refusing to pay the charges will result in your package being discarded by the courier. FARES LLC will not refund or replace any orders in these circumstances.
In the event that you refuse or miss your package delivery, and your package gets sent back to our warehouse (which may take several weeks), we can only provide a refund for the value of the items ordered, after deducting a return shipping and restocking fee. This fee varies depending on your shipping address. Please note, the original shipping fee for your order will not be refunded.
What if my tracking says “delivered” but I did not receive it?
If the tracking states that the package was delivered and you did not receive your package or believe that the package is lost, we are happy to look into it and take the appropriate measures to get you your package. You must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery notice so that we can expedite the situation and resolve it as soon as possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then a complaint must be filed with the courier. We can assist you with this process. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once orders are placed, they are processed immediately. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been submitted. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, kindly contact info@shopfares.com right away so that we can check to see if the correction is possible. We will always try our best to correct any mistakes, however, we can’t guarantee that it is always possible to do so.
