Returns Made Easy

We know how stressful returns can be, so we've made it easier.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. Certain rules and conditions apply, please see below. 

Please note, upon receiving the exchange or return items, our warehouse requires 5-7 business days to inspect the items and process the return/exchange. This may take longer during holiday or peak season. 

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates can do straight exchanges for the same item in another size/colour, or for a completely new item of their choice.

We do not offer straight exchanges for international customers. If you wish to exchange your item, you can opt for a store credit or refund (if applicable) and re-order the new item that you want. Please note that you are responsible for returning the item at your local post office and paying all applicable fees.

Do you offer free returns?

USA & CANADA (Ontario & Quebec only)

We offer 1 (per order) free exchange and refund to store credit on (4 or less) non-sale items for USA & Canada (Ontario & Quebec only). Additional exchanges or returns for store credits on the same order or on an exchange order will be charged a return label fee of $12 USD/ $14 CAD. Please note: if more than 4 items are being exchanged, a free return is not applicable, and a $12 USD/$14 CAD return label fee is charged. 

If you'd like to return for a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return label ($12 USD/$14 CAD) will be deducted from your final refund amount. If more than 4 items are being returned, an additional $3 will apply for each item.

UAE

We offer 1 (per order) free exchange and refund to store credit on (4 or less) non-sale items for the UAE. Additional exchanges or returns for store credits on the same order or on an exchange order will be charged a return label fee of 12 AED.

If you'd like to return for a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return label (12 AED) will be deducted from your final refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders (outside of USA, CAN (Ontario & Quebec), and UAE), we do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for returning their eligible items using a local carrier and is responsible for all return shipping fees.

What items cannot be returned?

All marked down and sale items (up to 39% off) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. To process an exchange or store credit on sale items, a $12 USD/ $14 CAD/ 12 AED return label fee will be charged to customers in USA, Canada (Ontario & Quebec), and UAE. 

For international orders, only store credit is available for marked down and sale items (up to 39% off). International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees associated with store credit returns. 

All items marked down 40% off or more are considered final sale and are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sale items that have had an additional discount code applied on top are also considered final sale.

All hijabs, accessories and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

All preordered items are exchange or store credit only as they are made-to-order.

All orders purchased during a 100% profit donation period are FINAL SALE.

How does a return or exchange work for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promo? 

USA, Canada, UAE
If a customer would like to exchange an item that was free as part of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo, then that item will need to be exchanged with the same item or another item of the same value (the value of this item must remain lower than the other two items in the order). Please note that a return label fee will apply or the customer will have to acquire their own return label from their local post office. 

If a customer would like to exchange an item that was not free as part of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo, then that item will need to be exchanged with the same item or another item of the same value. If the new item is of a higher value, then the difference needs to be paid. Please note that a return label fee will apply or the customer will have to acquire their own return label from their local post office. 

If a customer would like to return an item that was not free as part of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo, this breaks the conditions of the promotion, so the value of the items would need to be recalculated. If an amount is due, an invoice will be shared with the customer. Please note that a return label fee will apply or the customer will have to acquire their own return label from their local post office. 

International 
If a customer would like to return an item that was not free as part of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo, this breaks the conditions of the promotion, so the value of the items would need to be recalculated. If an amount is due, an invoice will be shared with the customer. Please note that the customer will have to acquire their own return label from their local post office. 

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

Although this doesn't happen often, we always want to make sure that you receive a perfect product. We will issue a replacement or full refund (if the item is not available) as long as you contact us within 3 days of your order delivery date. To report a damaged or defective product, kindly email our Customer Service team at info@shopfares.com. 

What about price adjustments?

In the event an item goes on sale or changes in price within 48 hours of your purchase, you would be eligible for a price adjustment through store credit. This does not include promotions like “Buy X Get Y”.
